My friend GerCollector has a Porsche 911 GT3 RS with the most insanely loud exhaust system fitted! Wearing a full IPE gold-plated setup, it absolutely screams as we go full speed on the German Autobahns, through some tunnels, and experience some flybys. There's no doubt about it, this is one ridiculous sound!

Visiting the most incredible garage, the Porsche 911 991.1 GT3 RS is one of many amazing cars in the GerCollection. It's wearing a custom racing inspired livery, but the key highlight is the new exhaust system from IPE. Weighing a gigantic 19kg less than the standard one, the GT3 RS has everything from headers to backbox replaced; the latter of which is literally even gold plated as we can see looking under the back.

Things are clearly on their way to being loud as we set on out from the garage towards the German Autobahns with an opportunity to put the foot down in the de-restricted sections. Promptly reaching 270km/h (168mph) with the 4.0 litre naturally aspirated flat six wailing away at the 9,000rpm red line, there isn't really much else that sounds like this. Out in the forest, listening to the car heading away in the distance is remarkable, as it is when later I take the wheel and we find some tunnels too.
