Two thousand years ago, the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius wrote his personal thoughts in a journal now known as the Meditations of Marcus Aurelius. Many of these Stoic principles have be learned form the Meditations but also from Epictetus, Seneca, Zeno and many more of the Ancient Stoic philosophers.
