CD rates on 12 month terms are extremally high right now, so I found the best rates I could find. Marcus, CIT Bank and Capital One are featured in this video. I'll cover a few of the pros and cons of each. CD's won't beat inflation or the average return of the stock market, but they're great if you need to park some money for the short-term with no risk (these banks are also FDIC insured)
