Mr. Rahman discussed a variety of educational practices which he has observed and incorporated throughout his career. The concise and relevant exploration of these practices opened the student’s minds to new ways of learning in school. Safdar is a film-maker and educator with over ten years' experience. His career started as a class teacher in a low resourced classroom as a part of the Teach For India Fellowship in 2012. After that, Safdar took a leap into the world of films. He has written and directed Chippa, a children's
film which was acquired by Netflix in 2020. His second film, READY
STEADY – made with a group of teenagers in Delhi – is set to release
soon. Now, he is working towards merging both his worlds, building a
Video Creation company, that uses video to improve communication
