Here are some of the most common reasons that I think people "get stuck" and don't improve.

1- You’re too advanced now.
2- You stop learning and start practicing.
3- you don’t review what you learn.

Here are some highly recommended tips.

1- Attempt to do English a bit harder than what you are already doing. You can’t get stronger by lifting the same weight over and over. You can’t improve your language skills by repeating the same exercises. If you want to improve you language skills, do challenging things, read challenging topics and listen to challenging podcasts and etc…

2- Focus more on your input skills than focusing on your output skills.

3- Start teaching others. By this way not only you help yourself review sth you learn, you help someone learn sth from you.
