This is a project I've been working on for the past few weeks. We had some Redwood slats laying around, and decided to make this 1776 style betsy ross American flag. It measures about 57x31 inches. I sanded, painted, and Charred the wood. The stars are all hand chiseled.

UPDATE: I have been selling these on Etsy for a while now, and have dialed in the process quite a bit. Soon I will do an update video on the new technique.
