WhatsApp Web may have all the features that you would want to use or that are convenient for your use, but the video and voice calls feature is not available on the web.

To make video or voice calls, make sure you install the WhatsApp application on your PC - whether it's a Mac or Windows - to be able to make calls. Learn how you can do just that from this video.

I have used a Windows PC in this video, but you can do this on a Mac as well. Go to the Microsoft Store on Windows to install the WhatsApp application or if you're using a Mac, go to the Mac App Store.
