This is the 246th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "The Price of Hesitancy".

Seeing some of friends, such as Goofy, Donald Duck, Aqua, and Ventus get mowed down by Terranort, Sora becomes hesitant and second guesses himself, ending up in all of his friends sharing that fate. Sora ends up getting blasted to a world in the hereafter, where his ghostly form meets up with a Moogle-like figure named Chirithy, who informs of his situation, and that he can't return to his own world until he finds some way to piece himself back together. Sora then encounters some glistening stars who give him other information, one of which happens to be Namine (who's still within Kairi), who informs Sora that Kairi is fighting her best to prevent both herself and Sora from vanishing for good.
