I've never had chicken thighs so delicious! Learned this trick in a restaurant. It's so delicious that I cook it almost every day! Any portion of chicken can be used for this recipe, just change the cooking time in the oven. Making a delicious one-pan dinner has never tasted so good: Chicken with potatoes and carrots in honey-garlic sauce. You will definitely love this delicious recipe. Good luck with your cooking!

Recipe 1:
5 chicken thighs.
Salt and black pepper.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
3-4 potatoes.
2-3 carrots.
Salt.
Chopped parsley.
Cook over medium heat for 12-13 minutes.
2 tablespoons honey.
5 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C/400°F.

4 chicken thighs.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Salt and black pepper.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5 tablespoons soy sauce.
250 ml / 8.5 fl oz beer.
2 teaspoons oregano.
Cook with the lid on over low heat for 40 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking.
1 onion.
100 g sitake mushrooms.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
170g pasta.
Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Add some olive oil or butter to the pasta.

500g rice.
600 ml / 21 fl oz water.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
8-10 young garlic heads.
2 carrots.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
200 g / 7 oz mushrooms.
100 g / 3.5 oz mushrooms.
Salt and black pepper.
Cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes.
2 ovenproof glasses.
4 chicken thighs.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add 1 cup chicken broth or water to each glass.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.

250 g cabbage.
Salt.
Cook with the lid on over low heat for 8-9 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
600 grams of minced meat.

2 cloves of garlic.
Tender garlic.
Add the vegetables.
Form shapes with the meat as I show you.
4 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Turn and fry until golden brown.
400 g / 14 oz tomato.
Salt.
Cook over low heat for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally with the lid on.
