IS THERE NOT A CAUSE? | PROPHETIC EXHORTATION FOR THOSE FACING TRIALS

PROPHETIC ENCOURAGEMENT:

“IS THERE NOT A CAUSE?”

Was the question young David asked when he was challenged by his own brothers about his motives for coming down to the battle, and his conviction was tested and being proven in that moment. While the rest of the army of Israel was terrorized and terrified by Goliath and the philistine army, intimidated by the threats of the giant that blasphemed and opposed God and God’s chosen people, young David had a bigger view of His God than of the giant. Right now, the enemy is seeking to intimidate many, and make himself look bigger than the God who promised, “never will I leave you, nor forsake you.”

You are pressing into another season, a new level of maturity and fruitfulness, and the enemy wants to scare you back into a corner to coddle your flesh and be embittered by insecurity and confusion.

RESIST THE DEVIL AND HE WILL FLEE.

Whatever God has called you to do, it is time to face off FIRST with your own flesh, and then with the enemy that wants to paralyze you in fear.
There are people waiting for Christ in you, there are captives praying for deliverance, they need a touch from The Lord, for someone to tell them He is real, they need the love of God that is alive in you, they need to hear your testimony so that they can believe God will do for them as He has done for you. There are PEOPLE crying out to God knowingly or with groaning to deep for words, and YOU are The Lord’s answer… so “IS THERE NOT A CAUSE?”

The Lord says:
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9

“God is not man, that he should lie,
or a son of man, that he should change his mind.
Has he said, and will he not do it?
Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?”
Numbers 23:19

For as many as the promises of God are, in Him they are yes; therefore through Him also is our Amen to the glory of God through us.
