How to Disable the Offer to Save Passwords Option in Google Chrome for All Users on Your PC

If you have multiple users on your computer and do not want any of these users to be able to save passwords for websites in Chrome, you can easily disable this option for all users. Once you make this simple registry edit, they will not be asked if they want to save new usernames and passwords plus the option to offer to save passwords will be greyed out and disabled for all of the users on the computer.
