The channel was invited to Irwin's Aggregates to find out how sand is made for sports and the material that was used to build the new 2nd green at Clandeboye Golf Course.
We caught up with Alastair Harrison, Irwin's sales director who showed us around the sand pit and talked through how HS master sand is made and the benefits of using USGA sand vs builders' sand
