Come along with Eric O. at the SMA shop as we install another "high quality" Dorman Products part on a car. We attempt to install the Dorman 93573 Liftgate Handle for the Jeep Grand Cherokee 2010-05. As usual though it is a complete fail!! DO NOT attempt to do this at home unless you have a cut off wheel and a welder! Thank you again Dorman continuing to you us folks in the shop for your product testing. Glad to see your VP can pull in almost one MILLION dollars last year. Maybe, just maybe you could use a bit of that for research and development?! Nah never mind I forgot, this is an "isolated case."
