Several years ago my daughters came to me with a Cartoon drawing of a Mouse selling Ice Cream on a Trike and said "We want to build one of these and sell Ice Cream in the park." It was the makings of their first business idea and I was excited to help them make it happen. Over the next week or two we took 2 Schwinn Little Chick bikes and created the Ice Cream Bike. They had a blast peddling it around town and selling Ice Cream all along the way. Here is a short slideshow detailing the project. I guess this is technically a Way Back Wednesday post since we did this project several years ago.
