Here's how to get Apple CarPlay in any 2015 or 2016 Ford vehicle equipped with Sync 3, but without CarPlay!

All you'll need to do is make an account with owner.ford.com and download your vehicle's software update onto a drive, then install the updated USB port into your car's center console. (Part #HU5Z19A387A) After that, simply plug the drive containing the update files into the center console USB, then allow it to update! After that, you're good to go!
