Toll Brothers - Cascades in Porter Ranch

We did a house tour of our favorite property in Los Angles right now. I know a lot of viewers will say Porter Ranch is not "Los Angeles," but we wanted to include this house for those looking for the best bang for their buck in the city. This house is in the valley, about 30-45 min from Downtown Los Angeles, and even closer to the studios in Burbank / Hollywood.

To this day we have yet to see a better bang for your buck property in the Los Angeles area. Toll Brothers continues to give you the complete custom home feel from their homes. This large mansion is perfect for entertaining, completely brand new, and amazingly modern. A young successful professional would be the perfect buyer for a property like this in an area that would be great for the family right outside of Los Angeles.
