My AtGames Legends Ultimate ALU buttons & joysticks were unresponsive. Here is what I did to troubleshoot. Contents of the video include what I did before contacting customer service, my interactions with customer service, and the installation of a new control board.
Disclaimer: this is my first attempt at using video editing software. Please forgive the horrible production of this, I tried a quirky thing or two here just to attempt them and they failed miserably :D
