When anyone buys my course below the first video, I run a survey, and I asked them, what is your age group? What are their interests?
And based on that, whatever ads I'm running on Facebook are always targeting based on that particular age group or demographic.
So, this may be the first reason why you are not converting to your webinar.

2) Messaging strategy
If you're targeting the right way, but if your message is weak, And if they do not know what value they're going to get inside the webinar, then why would they want to come?
So your messaging has to be strong and congruent. It has to be solving a problem that a person is facing for which you have a solution.

3) What is Context? -
When you are creating pieces of content, it's always better for you to educate your audience and set the context right before they come to your webinar. So even if you have a lesser number of people in a webinar, we'll have much higher conversions because you have the right people in your webinar.

I follow a particular framework, 30, 30, 15, 15. let me explain it to you.

People need to buy you first before they buy your product. So in the first 30 minutes, I explained to people what they're going to be getting. I share my journey of transformation. I shared a lot of important principles within 30 minutes.

And that's when you need to get into the sales pitch, and those who are interested will get in & those who are not interested will go out.

And then in the last 15 minutes, you can answer questions because, if you can clarify doubts people may have, more people will end up buying after that.
