Tibetans in exile in Dharamsala celebrated the 35th birthday of the 11th Panchen Lama on April 25, who was imprisoned by China when he was 6 years old. The Tibetans have urged the US to ask China for his release. A Parliamentary delegation from Estonia was in Dharamsala expressing their support for his release.
