I made this quick video after my buddy came to me needing help. His son bought a AMD Radeon Sapphire RX590 video card on ebay....for a good price....but since it was used for mining....and was running a mining bios....it would not run regularly....or even display the proper resolutions.

I got the flash software and the bios file from techpowerup.com. Please flash at your own risk. As I mention in the video, even when everything is done properly, you can still brick your hardware!
