Help Yourself - “Help Yourself” is an album by British singer Tom Jones, released in November 1968 on Decca in the UK, France, India, South Africa, Australia, Germany, on Parrot in the USA and Canada.

In 1969: in Spain (Decca LK 4982 - mono), in the USA (Parrot PAS 71025). In 1972: in Japan on London Records (GP 124) with the original cover, but in an envelope with a spread. In the pre-digital era, vinyl no longer came out.

The title song "Help Yourself" was another hit by Tom Jones, hitting the 5th place in the British charts, but becoming No. 1 hit in Ireland, Germany, Australia, No. 35 in Billboard and still remains in rotation on AOR-FM- radio stations.
