Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio -- CFPD police attempted to stop a pickup truck when the pickup truck failed to yield. A short chase ensued until the pickup truck crashed at an intersection. She was then arrested. It is important to note while she was tested for intoxication, she has NOT been charged with OVI or any similar offense.

The operator, later identified as Michelle Scarberry, was charged with the following:
- Failure to comply-operate motor vehicle to flee
- Obstructing official business
- Obedience to traffic control devices
- No passing zone
- Reckless operator
- Failure to control

She was INDICTED on the following:
- Vehicular assault
- Failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer

At the time of this offense she did have a capias (warrant) issued to her from an unrelated case. She is awaiting trial.
