Moon And Stars Watermelon is an heirloom variety that is very unique when compared to most watermelons. It has yellow spots that that range in size from very small, to the size of a grape fruit or larger. The ones in this video came up in our compost pile, so they got a very late start. We enjoyed watching the melon develop, and even though the one I sampled was slightly underripe, it was still very sweet. If it would have been fully ripe, it would have been excellent.
