When you send your Bitcoin with a fee that is too low it can get "stuck in the blockchain" - really your Bitcoin is always on the blockchain, but in this case your Bitcoin is stuck not confirmed to leave it's first wallet to move to the next wallet.

This is a problem for users in a high fee environment and can be very frustrating. Luckily we have two tools to combat our Bitcoin getting stuck. They are Child Pays for Parent and Replace by Fee.
