5 Cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp corn starch
1 Tsp salt
1 and half tbsp sugar
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp baking soda
Cooking oil
1 tbsp black pepper
