This is a very easy recipe and we are sharing a special tip that guarantees you fluffy rice. Hope you enjoy our take on this popular dish that is served at most Mexican celebrations. Cook time: Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 mins + suggestion in the video
This recipe serves 100+ if serving 1/2 cup rice per person
this recipe is freezable (just make sure rice is cooled before storing)

🇲🇽Mexican rice Ingredients🇲🇽
12 cups Basmati rice ( 5 pounds/ 2.27kg)
20 cups water + 1 cup water to blend tomato
1 cup oil (olive oil)
1 cup Natural Knorr tomato chicken bouillion
15 ripe vine tomatoes or 17 Roma tomatoes
9 medium onions
20 garlic cloves ( 2 whole garlics)
2 Anaheim peppers (remove stem and seeds)
2 Tbsp white vinegar
