200 ml of warm milk.
35 g of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
1 large egg
60 g room temperature butter
450 g of wheat flour.
8 g of salt.

We mix until they dissolve. Knead the dough. Add butter to the kneading dough. Knead for 2-3 minutes until a soft dough is obtained.
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased container
Place in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough rose like a cloud.
Divide into 12 parts.
Form each dough into a ball.
Cover with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle flour on the table.
Roll out the dough to a diameter of 15 cm.
Roll into a tube.
Tighten the edges.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle them with poppy seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (365°F) for 35 to 30 minutes.
Let them cool completely.
The breads became soft, comfortable and tender!
