Oxtails Ingredients:
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tbs. Brown sugar
1 Onion
1 Cup Beef Broth
PreHeat oven to 400, Marinate oxtails in black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, worcestshire sauce, salt, paprika, chili powder, brown sugar. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Brown all sides in oil. In aluminum pan add oxtails, beef broth and onion. cover and cook for 3 hours.
