Stella decides that she needs to devise a plan to confront the Bully. Meanwhile, the bully is still out and about in the neighborhood being a menace. Cindy witnesses the Bully being mean to a little girl so they looks for Dad to get his help with their plan. After they find him they launch on a mission to distract the bully while Stella finds the Bullies home. Stella finds out that the bully actually has a really sad life. Stella is determined to show love to the bully to try to soften her heart.
