The defense announced that they intended to call an expert witness at trial to give opinions about our client’s brain injury and how it might impact her in the future. In this video, we took the deposition of that expert, meaning we asked questions of the expert while the expert was under oath. Our goal in in this deposition was to learn what opinions the expert would testify to at trial.
