Good health is a precious blessing from Allah (SWT). In times of illness and hardship, it is natural to feel overwhelmed. Islam teaches us to prioritize our well-being, and by following and practicing the teachings of the Holy Qur'an and Hadith, we can experience a healthy life. One of the supplications for seeking good health from Allah (SWT) is "Allahumma Afini Fi Badani" (O Allah, grant me health in my body).

This supplication was recited by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) and can be considered for overall well-being. It is recommended to recite this Dua three times in the morning and three times in the evening, as per the Sunnah.

Narrated by AbuBakrah (R.A),
AbdurRahman ibn AbuBakrah said that he told his father: O my father! I hear you supplicating every morning: “O Allah! Grant me health in my body. O Allah! Grant me good hearing. O Allah! Grant me good eyesight. There is no god but Thou.” You repeat them three times in the morning and three times in the evening.

He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) using these words as a supplication and I like to follow his practice.
[Sunan Abu Dawud 5090]

For those experiencing issues with eyesight or hearing, regularly reciting this supplication can be beneficial. May Allah (SWT) grant us all good health and well-being. Remember to subscribe to our channel for more Islamic content and supplications for a balanced and fulfilling life.#islam
