If you are a people pleaser, if you have a hard time saying no or standing up for yourself, or if you’d just like to feel stronger and more confident, then these affirmations are for you.

In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, I put together a series of affirmations that start with the words “I have the right to…” This is to remind us that we have rights, and we have the right to choose what’s best for us, to protect ourselves and our peace of mind, and to live happy, fulfilling lives.

Positive affirmations are powerful tools that can bring several benefits to our lives. Research has shown that positive affirmations:

✅ Help you solve problems and weather difficult situations
Ultimately, positive affirmations can empower us to reach our goals, improve our overall well-being, and create a more positive, abundant, and fulfilling life.

💪 To get the best results:
• Listen to positive affirmations when you first wake up or as meditation right before you fall asleep, when your subconscious mind is the most open to hearing them.
• You can also play affirmations while you’re sleeping.
• Listen every day! It takes time to change your thought patterns and re-wire the brain.
• If an affirmation doesn’t feel right for you, modify it so that it rings true for you.
• Try to really feel each affirmation. If you aren’t in the right mindset for the affirmations you’re listening to, come back to them later.
