Vikings is a classic epic drama about the Norsemen in the Viking Age. The main character was Ragnar Lothbrok. He wasn't likable at first, as he seemed like he could only be brutal and cold-hearted, but you start to see him grow throughout the show. However, there are many more characters that join Ragnar in this show, and in this video, we’ll try to rank them from the least likable to the most likable.

Ivar the Boneless is one of the stars of the show. Even at a young age, Ivar was the bad guy. He didn't care that little Siggy died, and he was constantly mean to everyone. He later became a psychotic tyrant who loved tormenting others and had no issue waging war on his own family.

Rollo was always being compared to Ragnar, and that's why he holds certain grudges against his brother. Despite the fact that Rollo has betrayed Ragnar, he also had his back multiple times. But fans continue to dislike him because he did not help Ragnar when he needed it.

When it comes to Floki, fans are divided: some love his passion, dedication while others hate him for deceiving his friends, and acting out of jealousy. But nothing will ever erase the pain he caused once he murdered Athelstan.

Athelstan, Ragnar Lothbrok's former slave, turned into his closest friend. He joined the Viking society to find out what this world meant. Athelstan is one of the few characters on the show who never retaliated, and he regarded Ragnar Lothbrok's family as his own until the end.

The reason Ragnar Lothbrok was liked so much by Vikings fans is that he was a well-rounded character. He began his journey as a farmer, and he ended up dying as a hero for bringing his country together.
