I spent months choosing the right nutrition coaching certification program, and it was much more difficult than I anticipated! I looked at ACE, NASM, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), and NCI, and I walk you through my thought process and give you my general impressions of each. After hearing the interview with Jason Phillips on Mind Pump and doing some investigation, I ended up choosing NCI and shed some light on their level 1 certification program and my experience so far.
