We're eating at a Taiwanese restaurant called Tainan Bistro on Bellaire Blvd in Houston's Chinatown. The place is clean, everyone is super friendly but they only speak Mandarin Chinese, so bring your translator or be prepared to do a lot of pointing and smiling. The food is AMAZING!! Portion sizes are large, and it's a great value fo what you pay. Handicap parking is a bit sparse, so be prepared for creative parking solutions.
