All-purpose flour 6,3 oz / 180 g

Eggs 3
Butter 5,3 oz /150 g
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vanilla sugar( or extract) 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Cottage cheese (5-9%) 7 oz / 200 g
Pinch of salt
For glaze:
Powdered sugar 5,3 oz/150 g
Lemon juice 2 tbsp / 20 g
