This video is a quick update of the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro that I purchased and installed less than a month ago...and on June 10th, it is now dead, bricked, not working...I'm not sure what happened but there were no power surges, no rain, no WIFI issues at the time that it went offline. Resetting and even the hard reset didn't work to revive this Floodlight Cam from Ring.

I called customer service and they will be sending me a replacement and it should be here in the next week or 2.
