Devin is a Paralympic Thrower and came in with Cervical Radiculopathy that was effecting his left tricep and lat strength.

He was also experiencing neck pain and some nerve pain in his upper shoulder region.

We initially did some repetitive neck movements and adjustments, which calmed down his pain quite a bit.

We then progressed to more isolated strength work that focused on challenging the lat and tricep at different lengths and positions.

Devin has now made a full recovery and can get back on track with his training! 💪🏽
