VW Golf Tail Light Replacement (Quick & Easy)

Watch this How-To video to learn how to replace the tail light bulb (the rear bulb) on your Volkswagen Golf.

In this short video I will show you how to quickly change the tail light bulb on your Golf. All you need to change the bulb on your Volkswagen is the bulb. You can change the taillight bulb without tools. You just open the trunk and then you can open a little compartment to the left or right behind the tail light to change the bulb. Once you have the compartment opened, your will see a plastic housing that holds all your taillight bulbs. On that plastic you will find to tabs that you will have to squeeze to remove it. Than you can just remove the bulb with twist and install a new bulb in the reverse order.

About this Channel: In this channel I will show how to repair your vehicle or other vehicles yourself. I will also show you, teach you some trick what to look for at certain jobs and try to explain the best I can, on why I do it the way I do it. You will see links of the most of the tools and the parts, at good quality and reasonable cost, that I am using in the description of every video (It may be not the exact tool, but a tool that has the same function. So, it may be just a different brand). If any torque specs or other specs are mentioned in the video, they will also be found in the description. I am a self-employed mechanic myself, with a garage on my property. So here I am recording how I repair and trying to help you repair your customer vehicles and also how to fix your own vehicle and save many dollars. So, every video is intended to be a great ‘Do It Yourself (DIY)’ tutorial to save money. AutoTechWorld will take no responsibilities.
