Well, after a little time to get the engine broken-in, the cursory fluid checks, and a tightening a few random nuts and bolts, I've got the carbs synchronized and the timing adjusted. Still have a few other things to clean up, but otherwise she's doing really well. If all goes as expected, I should be seeing somewhere in the area of 500 HP (crankshaft) at 8000 RPM and 480 HP at 7000 RPM. Put that in a 3200 Lb. car and things should get interesting really quick.

This is the first gas engine I've built in years, and short of the 1000 HP, full race Big Block Chevy I helped a friend build over 25 years ago, this is definitely the most impressive engine I've ever built. I love the look... I love the sound... And soon enough, I'm going to see how well it does on the street.

I hope you all enjoy the videos. I apologize for the narration. I should probably just shut my mouth and let the engine speak for itself.

Thanks for watching!
