Matt had a severe head injury in 2010. He was in a coma for 6 weeks and in hospital for 6 months. When he woke up after is head injury he could not walk, talk, or even sit unsupported.
Following years of intensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation he has fought himself back to fitness, and he can now walk unaided. Now he can ski better than he can walk!
The Physio's at New Forest Physiotherapy Southampton have been working with Matt to improve his gait pattern, balance and core stability.
