In this video, i teardown a 5R44E looking for a reason why i have a 2-3 shift issue when hot, i first pull out the side servo pistons to check the apply side on the 3rd piston and the release side of the 2nd piston, that looked ok. What i did find was the valvebody gaskets blown out, that is what was creating the leak in the circuit, i installed a new set of gaskets on reassembly and that fixed the shifting problem.
