The S&P 500 hit a technical bear market in May/June of 2022, which is defined as falling 20% from the previous high.

Investing in a bear market can be scary because confidence is naturally lower when stock prices are falling as compared to rising.

But bear markets present long-term investors with amazing opportunities to build wealth.
