On our annual "Foodie Pilgrimage" to the London VegFest festival we always seek out the "Chaatit" street food stall; because we always love the "Desi" treats they serve up and with Meera being from Mumbai they never fail on the authenticity of the taste of the Indian food they serve up.

Another reason that we look forward to seeing them is that they are inspired by Mother India,

This year they were serving up Chana Masala Curry & Mixed Vegetable Curry which they were serving in wraps Thalis with the following fillings:

VEGETABLE CURRY WRAP OR CHICKPEAS CURRY:
* Tortilla Flatbread
* Tomato Ketchup
* Date & Tamarind Chutney (Sweet & Sour Chutney)
* Indian Salsa Sauce
* Mixed Vegetable Curry or Chana Masala
