The latest evidence showing the production of IgG4 antibodies in mRNA vaccinated further supports the constantly observed phenomenon that mRNA vaccinated individuals are highly likely to produce IgG4 antibodies as early as after 2 shots, and enhanced further after the booster. The discussed preprint also supports the prior observation that adenovirus-based vaccines do not lead to IgG4 production as observed post mRNA injection. The good news is shared in that it appears that IgG4 antibody levels start dropping after 6 months post the booster (3rd mRNA injection). This study also confirms the prior observation that memory B cells responsible for the production of IgG4 antibodies also start appearing approximately 6 months after the 2nd shot.
