If you have 1 cup of oats and 2 eggs, make an incredibly delicious breakfast. Simple and delicious
Ingredients:
1 cup instant oatmeal.
250 ml of hot milk.
2 eggs.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
Whisk the whites until lightly foamy.
Grated mozzarella cheese 50 g.
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons.
Coconut oil 1 teaspoon.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Fry on both sides.
Cook for another 2 minutes over low heat.
1 tablespoon sour cream.
1 mushroom (optional).
Sprinkle with 50g of grated mozzarella.
Cover with a lid and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
