How do an amusement park and the roller coaster manufacturer ensure that the roller coaster is always safe and well maintained and what is involved in the maintenance of a steel roller coaster? To find out, Vekoma Rides and Toverland open their doors and we go through the entire maintenance process! The Booster Bike in Toverland Amusement Park has been the park's crowd favorite for years and launches you on a motorcycle to 75 km/h. We were previously able to look at the maintenance of Troy, the park's wooden roller coaster, in Toverland, but how much does this differ from a steel roller coaster? In the Vekoma factory, they take the entire train apart and we use Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to see whether there are hairline cracks in the steel of the roller coaster. ( â–ºEnglish subtitles available!)

Special thanks to Attractiepark Toverland and Vekoma Rides!
