The Westin building is located at 4535 Commerce St. Virginia Beach, VA. Is a 38 story high rise hotel and living residence. The 4 star, 236 room hotel occupies the first 15 floors of the building, while the upper 15 floors are residential. The 119 condominiums in the top floors range from 900 to 4,000 square feet. Construction began in 2006. Upon completion in 2008, it became the tallest building in Virginia, surpassing the James Monroe building in Richmond, In 2018 the hotel portion of the building was renovated.

The Armada Hoffler Tower, located at 222 Central Park Ave. Suite 2100 Virginia Beach, VA, Is a 23 story office tower that features a nine level parking structure and another mid-level office building, Home to Hampton University's College of Virginia Beach. In addition to 324,000 square feet of office space, the property also includes 38,500 square feet of street level retail with nationally-recognized names such as P.F. Chang's, California Pizza kitchen, Paper source, Free people, etc.
