One of the best breakfasts to get the start to the day that you need, is a smoothie!

I always start my day off with a vegetable and fruit blend so that I can have the energy levels that I need in order to perform at the best of my abilities.

If you buy your ingredients in bulk, not only are the smoothies quick and easy, but they are also very affordable!

Here is what I recommend for the perfect smoothie to start your day off right:

- Frozen mixed berries
- Frozen mixed vegetables
- Blueberries
- Dark Cherries
- Almond Milk as the base

And can add in Chia Seeds to get some protein as well.

Quantities are up to you! But I always put more fruit than vegetables to mask the taste.
