Our individual mountain bike setups have so many variations because we're all unique! With that in mind, we're not here to tell you that flat levers are the answer and we're certainly not here to say that rolling your bar forward and getting the shortest stem on the market is right for you. We're here to break it down, get you to a good starting point and then help you find that perfect cockpit set up that works for you! Is your bar actually in the centre? Could you modify your grip to suit your hand shape better? Would flatter levers help address the harsh feeling you get or would they make that steep terrain you're always riding harder?
